hi all,

with ref. to pks's mail it is heartening to realise that people feel that this is
project that can
be undertaken. what we now need is an action plan i.e a template on which we can act
upon. i suppose
raju/delhi folks can provide us with their method of approach and how they managed to
get thru' the
initial stage of selling the idea. there is no dearth of volunteers - this is
wonderful. but what we
need is to draw up the methodology and the scope of this proposal. the main hitch is
that the
CBSE/ICSE syllabi permits machine study as for WBBSE ... ahem !!
what do the other members think about it ?
and raju, could you send over the methodology you're focussing upon ?
russell, what is your take on the ways and means of implementing such an idea
[considering if it
were done for schools within your precinct ?]as well as the implications for the
movement ?

regards and have beautiful day
sankarshan

ps : with the World Cup throwing up surprises by the bucketful, wonder how long before
my heart
gives away ?
what about the senior school St. Xaviers ? and anyone on the list has St.
Lawrence as alma
mater ?
