I wouldn't agree. The clause in the GPL that goes 
"You may charge a fee for the physical act of transferring a copy, and you
may at your option offer warranty protection in excange for a fee."
enables companies like SuSE and RedHat to do business.

BSD you don't have to give out the new source code, if you're giving out
the binary, but for GPL this is a must, is this right ? thanks
