What are the total phone charges for connectivity in Kol.? I believe the normal (voice) charges are Rs.1.26 per unit of 3 minutes.
I also remenber there being a news item about Cal. Tel. raising the unit to 5 min. for data calls. was this ever done? does this rate apply to ISDN lines as well as to POTS?
