Hi, take a look at the screenshot - www.peacefulaction.org/bangla.jpg many thanks to all who helped with suggestions, tips, etc :) also, i will be releasing the fonts as soon as my savannah.gnu.org project proposal gets accepted :) also, there are 3 major bugs
1. i am yet to understand how to implement the ra-fala - my hindi is very poor, and the specs are for devanagari, and i am yet to understand what the hell vattu is ;) - can the hindi speakers on this list help me out 2. jafala not yet implemented - it should be implemented as a post-base-substitution thingy - as far as my understanding of my understanding of indic open type specs go...but that's not working 3. some of the characters are not keeping to the same level - some are going down, som up - it is not apaarent at ordinary levels, but zoom/increase font size, you will understand why i say that apart from these, the font is more or less ready .. the only major glyph i have missed out is the enaye-ga - will add that as soon as i get my windows thingy back....still recovering from my hard disk crash -iti- sayamindu -- To unsubscribe, send mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the body "unsubscribe ilug-cal" and an empty subject line.
