hello russ

this was a very irritating page with all that flashy things
flickering the entire page on my pc .. yet it made compelling
reading .. what a tragic situation ! .. people do such silly
things as bite the bate and then be sold to other people as
tasteful feasts .. india is the sweetest meat .. and its amazing
that local guys here .. those in 'so-called' positions of
responsibilites are the silliest ..

one more observation .. if you want something to be done in india
.. don't ask the administration to do it .. corollary : if you do
want something to FAIL .. you must ask the administration to do
it .. its bound to fail .. guaranteed, tried, tested and proved
several times over !

..pk
