I just hacked together (15 minutes:-) a profile module that lets users specify a short bio. http://www.ilug-cal.org/module.php?mod=user&op=view&id=1 (for example) I will also add other fields (address, distros, etc) after my exams. All existing users are requested to update their profiles. The thing may be buggy - I did not test it extensively - so, any crazy things should be reported immediately -sdg-
