Dear Indra, This referes to our discussion yesterday, I have checked up with COMPASS and confirmed that the new exhibition date is 23-26 January, 2003 - though the date is not declared officially yet because all the venue is not decided yet. NIS is finalised and they are looking for another 2 venue. As we have discussed in the last meeting regarding participating in COMPASS, it is hightime to chalkout a plan for the same. I have spoken tio Raja - he has some problems with his ISDN and could not checked mails for the last few days. He also emphasized on that we need to find out iLUG members, whom we can count on plans for the new dates. I found, that we can count You, Raja, myself, PK, Sougata, Rajib, SDG (?), Sayan, Tathagata and may be some of the new comers.
We would like to hold a meeting this week/weekend and invite all who can commit to manning the stall on the above dates. Based on the skill set available we will set the program. I request that you send out a proposal to the list so we can finalize the group of participants.
