its a long felt need .. meetings are sort of incomplete without a
technical component .. at the last meeting it WAS decided .. that
every monthly meeting will have a technical component thrown in
.. all members are requested to contact monthly meeting
co-ordinators .. indra, amit, rajib, me .. for informing if they
would like to present a technical demo/talk/show

the format will be like this : the person whose place is being
used as the venue will be the right person to be the even
co-ordinator .. so members should take his help .. he will decide
about h/w availability .. that would be amit for lake gardens
(ontrack office), rajib for HA12 salt lake, indra for the
tollygunge venue (yep .. we have one there now, courtsey indra)
.. and me (if all else fails)

one more thing .. to prevent too much discussion ABOUT dates of
meetings, the monthly meetings will take place on the 2nd sunday
of every month or the saturday before the 2nd sunday of the month
.. FIXED .. not much discussion on this any more please ..

this has been DECIDED !

and there can be MORE meetings .. sure .. but the monthly ones ..
lets try to stick .. so that everyone knows for sure .. and the
extra meetings are ok too .. no guys .. talk !

..pk
