The answer is Chandni chowk or Madan street , if you know Aykar Bhaban or
Statesman house or paradise cimena then you can go to chandni easily if you
like to buy some parts then gemini is a very good shop for it. they give
excilent goods in right price.
You can make a very good (400W + 400W) stereo system wiht very little price
say 4000 to 5000 & wiht a little hard work to assemble the parts.
