        So why not use linux insteed of winodz , you can get rid of all problem just 
do format C: from dos , any way kidding,

I some time get the same problem also & I do not know why windoz is much 
harder than linux & so why not you ask Bill.

Also check after coping a file to floppy from windoz opne the floppy in linux 
& see if there is any aditional file in it. If so then you have virus in your
