Hi All, Hope you have noticed PK is not posting for the last 2 days. There is a sad news - PK's father was not well for the last few days and he expired on 31st. So PK may not be available for the next few days; It seems we need to put some effort and fill the gap. During the last few days there are some important happenings in terms of COMPASS participation, which was posted by PK in detail. It was understood that PK was liasoning or co-operating with COMPASS to plan and ensure the group's persence in COMPASS. Mr B. Hari, Chairman COMPASS, who has taken a key role in terms of our participation, is waiting for the details of LUG's plan very urgently. I have spoken to Tathagata, Sayan and SDG regarding this. Hari also interested to know the profile of the speakers - he actually interested to meet all the enthusiasts and list members as early as possible to discuss and chalk out farther plans.
I propose that let us meet urgently and then meet Hari - it would be nice if we could meet tomorrow may be at Ontrack's Office - I know it won't be possible for everybody to join within this short notice - still we should keep ourselves open for the same and let us see how many of us could actually make it.
