Could someone draw a map of the ILUG stall - showing the layout/position of the stall in the hall, as well as the positions of each exhibit within the stall?
>From experience, I suggest a "C" shape, with tables against the back and sides of the stall - that forces the crowd *into* the stall rtather than allowing them to pass by on the outside. A crowded stall tends to make a good impression on press and other folks ;-) Have the required number of tables and chairs been requisitioned? How is the power situation in Kolkata - is power stabilised/UPS'd at the venue, or will UPSs have to be sourced by the ILUG? Is there a network diagram for the stall, as well as a list of equipment required/available?
