Well PHP is a relatively newer language and is fast maturing. True it did
have a few security issues some time back, but i wouldnt hold it against
PHP. If you total up say Apache's DOS' against PHP im sure Apache would beat
it on the whole. Or if we put it up against sendmail whoo :)
For CGI's it's more the skill of the programmer that is at question
since there is a large chance that the programmer will leave a ready to go
buffer overrun problem. Sloppy code is far more dangerous than the PHP
errors will every be in my experience.
