Okay, i take back the words "brute force" for creating PDF documents from PS files. I was using it out of habit as on alt.comp.freeware it is the normally used term. Perhaps a better word can be suggested for the same...

For all those who are looking for a "sauve and subtle" ;-) way of creating PDF documents visit the site http://doc2pdf.sourceforge.net/ It certainly helps a lot in creating PDF documents and also provides a small help (in the faq section) as to how to create a PS file.

Network administrators may find the SW good enough for installation on their own LAN

I fail to see why creating a PDF file with gs is "brute force"! In what
respect are the other methods suave and subtle?
