Sibayan, Ur idea about the mail is very good but what I want to stress is that u need to modify the tone of ur speaking. No one in this list is ur servant so that u can order *STOP*. It could have been more polite. and regarding the spelling and grammars, it is expected that minimum accuracy is maintained so that the mail which had been send is understandable to the others.
