Hi all
Can any one help me with Neural network programming in c++ . I am developing
a MLP (Multi Layer Preceptrons) & the problem is it is not working properly.
While trainning the weights between hidden & output neurons changes very much
when I change my trainning input data & output data.
Can any one know the reasons.
