Below are a few pointers I wud like to share with the group.

[1] More than 1 single person should be involved in the matter of handling the
T-Shirt printing/procuring business

[2] More than a single quote from printers/T-Shirt ppl for prices, to ensure ppl
are paying the best prices.

[3] Make sure all the members (at least the ones who are involved in it/senior
ones) are informed and up-to-date about any/all development.

[4] Decisions taken by the ppl handling the affair should be transparent, with
the LUG members kept in the loop

[5] Assurance about the quality of the T-Shirt -- knit/weave, single/double,
with/without collars, choice of  colors and sizes, color fastness,
pre-shrunk/mercerised etc.

[6] The members should be shown a sample T-Shirt (printed, but not necessarily
the LUG's one) at a meeting, for the members to have a clear idea.

[7] Money for the T-Shirts should be collected up-front once we are ready to
order, no option for "I'll pay when I get it"

[8] Raise the price by another 20/-. This money to go towards LUG funds.
