Debian has updates to netpbm-free[3] correcting math overflows that may allow remote attackers to cause a denial of service or execute arbitrary code. Red Hat has updated 2.4 kernel[4] packages available to fix a ptrace-related vulnerability that can lead to elevated (root) privileges. This Red Hat also has updated rxvt[5] packages available to fix multiple vulnerabilities.
