I've already taken care of this off-list... I believe I did mail a word of advice yesterday requesting ppl not to try to police the list... I intend to enforce it. The rationale behind mailing ppl off-list in these situations is simple... most ppl don't enjoy being hauled up in front of all (often the violators do this without a thot/real intent to violate list policies) as also to conserve the list b/w. In your case I'm making an exception to ensure others don't join in flaming dipankar-da.
