i believe that redhat's policy regarding redistribution of redhat related
files violets GPL. if they have to put these files on a GPL-ed system, then
they have to put them under GPL (as far as the impression i got after
reading GPL). so in my opinion linuxplaza should challenge the redhat's
legal notice.
