Dear Members, I've communicated our decisions w.r.t. LUG meeting venue of JU. I'll be meeting the concerned professor at JU tomorrow to finalize it. As it stands, every month we would be required to give a letter to JU administration that we would be requiring the facilities on the given date for the given period of time. There will be absolutely o other considerations or obligations to tackle.
The tentative timing of our meetings will be between 6 - 8 PM (+/- 30 min each way). The first meeting @ JU will be held on 18th July (next Friday) The exact venue (room/dept) will announced later. Unofficially speaking, its the Amitava Dey Memorial Hall. I've attended several seminars there and it is excellant in terms of facilities since its a regular Seminar Hall. Our meeting co-ordinator Soumyadeep Modak as already prepared the maps of the place.
