Hey,
I thought the following article to be not too OT. One of the
questions I find interesting is how MS was percieved when it was the
little guy and IBM etc. were the market leaders. I remember reading in a
post by either IDG or someone else a while ago (contents were Linus's
reaction to the SCO thing) that MS was subject to the same strong rm
tactics by its competitors as it now seems to employ.

The link is a letter to the wall street journal in 1995 by some one who
was irritated by an article by the then Lotus CEO doing some MS bashing.
