The last few days had seen RedHat throw the legal gauntlet at SCO. SCO fired back, SuSE to had joined the fray. And now what is becoming one of the largest farce in IT industry history the Big Blue has hit back at SCO stating that SCO infringes on 4 IBM patents in it own UnixWare & OpenServer products + something we the users have known all along, the sheer stupidity of the claim coz SCO/Caldera itself had released the so-called offending code in their own shipments under the GPL.
