Thank you everyone for the encouraging words and the love and blessings that
you all have showered upon us (I think I speak for Sumeet here too ... right
Sumeet?). Speaking on a personal note, during my association with ILUG-CAL, I
have come to understand a lot about not only GNU/Linux but also the community
as a whole - the open collaborative efforts and the unselfish help that
members of the Linux User Groups, or, on a wider perspective, the Open Source
Community deliver to fellow users is really praiseworthy and like no other
community I know of. I feel pride to tell everyone that I am a member of
ILUG-CAL - undoubtedly one of the most active LUGs in India.

Lately I have been very much caught up in things like university matters and
travel arrangements. So I had little time to contribute much to the list, but
still made it a point to regularly attend the monthly meetings keeping aside
everything else. I have received much help from many of you on the list,
either actively, or learning from other's mistakes. Although I am going away,
but I won't let distance be a barrier to my involvement with ILUG-CAL. I can
only say that I won't be missing the list, but the list members at every
month's meeting, for at least the next 15 months.

I take this chance to say goodbye to all of you on the mailing list, although
for a short time - about four weeks. Though I will be on the list, but won't
be active anyway (I'll be checking the mails regularly). I'll be leaving next
week for "greener pastures" -- literally! (read Scotland).

P.S.: And yes, Sankarshan-da -- I *definitely will* submit that article on
file systems in Linux, albeit it will take some time.

Bye!
