The load was heavy enough that calcutta.flora.ca continued to draw power
to the point that relays in Niagara Falls, New York were tripped. This
caused a cascade that brought the power down through much of Ontario and
north-eastern United States.

I will look into upgrading the volunteer server
<http://calcutta.flora.ca/> such that this load problem will not happen in
the future.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

On a more serious note: Centralization of power, whether political or
electrical, is always a critical problem to watch out for. I do hope that
this will serve as an a wake-up call to this problem, along with the
problem of over-reliance on so-called 'modern' technologies.
