It is not hard at all to setup a loop back adapter & use it for MySQL &
Apache. What he needs a standard installation of RH or MDK & should select
MySQL or Apache from the list ( or if the sytem is already there he can
install them using redhat package manager in rh or DramkRPM in MDK)
& after the installation apache MySQL & PHP will work with out any addiational
configuration
What he want to know is how to start & stop MySQL & Apache.
