SIN's effort would certainly be interesting.... Would certainly like to 
keep a watch over it. I have been dabbling in XPde for some time but the 
overall experience has been extremely poor. On my 1024 MHz P-IV machine 
under SuSE 8.0 it runs extremely slow - akin to running Windows 98 on a 
Win 3.11 config machine.

The overall look and feel looks kinda nice - I would say..
Polished would be a better word.
