grub is better option ..... as u can map drives (swap ur master and slave ) thus a bootable windows in second hdd (slave) will be able to be master after mapping .....i use it no hickups ....

True, but I am apprehensive of the the possibility of corupting the windows boot process .. It would be terrible if I have to reinstall windows..
