Hi all, I have installed RH7.2 at a HP_Proliant_ML_307 server , without any problem. the server has 1GB RAM, 32 MB backup RAM, RAID5 array.
but whenever I try to install RH9 it boots from the cd and after the language selection step, it shows *RH LINUX CD was not found in any of your cd rom drive, enter the disk and press OK*. I have tested the RH9 cd on some other workstations and there the cd is running perfectly ok. the *mediacheck* facility is not coming in the aforesaid server.
