The core skill set that we are looking for are 1) PHP 2) MySQL 3) Javascript 4) CSS Additional skills required 1) Should be able to do online advertisment 2) Must build up a online community for the site The person hired will be expected to devote about 20% of his time on his core skills and the rest of the time will be devoted towards the additional skills.
