I chatted with kate developers in freenode & said that kate , kwriter , kile , 
kdevelop & quanta uses kate/kpart but amoung them kile has no  problem they 
are surprised for that. ;-)

PS: I am subscribed to Ankur-kde-traslation but unable to send any mail to it 
from my vsnl account using any email client but thing is working when I send 
email using  vsnl's webmail service , but for that I have to open Firefox & 
log to vsnl so I generally do not prefer that , that is why I am sending 
translation & kde beng related mails to ilug-cal & I am sorry for that.
