This considers that qmail has been installed as LWQ. I hhave seen in a
Allahabad branch over here the they use qmail in some other way. They
use supervise only but not according to LWQ.

Guess it is a problem with not having a DNS Cache. Either install
dnscache from djbdns or use the h/H ( don't remember exactly) option of
tecpserver invocation ( guess you are using supervise scripts for
running qmail) which disables domain checking before sending out the
e-mail. My suuggesstion would be to go for a local dnscache resolver.
