Thanks for all the responses. Here are the details of the meeting venue.
Place : Conference Hall, 1st Floor, Dept. of Chemical Engineering main
Building,
Jadavpur University.
Date : 10th August, saturday
Time : 10:00 a.m.
Agenda will be declared later after we have all the speakers ready.
Please be at the meeting on time as we have to vacate it by 1:30 p.m.
p.s. One of our member has responded saying that "I will definitely be at your
meeting". What I want to emphasize is that this not my meeting or anybody elses
meeting, Its our meeting. Someone has to arrange for the place and all. Others have
done in the past. This time I am doing it. Next time maybe someone else will do it.
Make it everybody's meeting by attending it and speaking up. And for p.k. there is no
fee or anything since the place and LCD projector is being arranged by somebody for
gratis.
