I'm using a PCI-USB plug-in card for my old (P-II) machine. Got the adapter card from Saboo (on Ganesh Ave) for under Rs. 400. I'd asked on this list about these, and at least one reader (Animesh?) had warned that he hadn't been able to make this work (IRQ problems, etc. afair). I have a fairly uncrowded m'board (only a PCI sound card and this PCI USB adapter (+ AGP video card)), so I even managed to get a dedicated IRQ for my sound card.
