Since I already have a Celeron 400 mhz machine, I think it would fit the bill. Only problem is the USB. Additionally, it seems to be running out of IRQs for PCI devices. I have a PCI graphics card :) and a PCI network card, and the OS can't recognise the ISA sound card. :-D Not only would I have to get a PCI USB card, but also an AGP graphics card. :( A visit to Chandni Chowk is in the offing, it seems. Any pointers on reliable dealers of second hand graphics cards ?
