Hi,
For my FC system, i don't find any elegent option yet.
The other workaround i can remember from the top of my
head are 

* Compile it into the kernel, instead of modules.
* If you want to load it as module, make specific
startup script(s) in /etc/init.d/ which checks for
kernel version and load the modules accordingly.
