Spamassassin is installed but as much as I know from the server side I can't control Spamassassin that much. I can't use qmail/postfix, Exim is the only choice for me.

Wish, I could have done something like that. Also _no_ choice. Each of my boxes are located in various data-centers in the US, I only remotely administer them. Each box running hundreds of domains with thousands of email addresses.
It all depends on the amount of flexibility your server farm has and hhow much you can do about adding in newer features.
Yes I always want to add newer. But frankly speaking, I don't have much time for that. By the way that server has survived attack and in the mean time two more were bomberded. ;-)
