Now, on the topic of on/off topic, few sections of the FAQ in website
needs to be updated.
In Q8 #D. it says how to post off-topic mails in the list, but, it is
not clear what constitutes "off-topic".  Dropping few words about that
 might clear up some confusions.

Q9. We do have a digest mailing list as far as i know. So it need to
be corrected.

The mailing list archive no longer exist in yahoo groups, so it also
need to be changed.

The other points that i think could be included, How to frame a
question to get a quicker answer? How quickly a poster is expected to
get an answer ?

Hope to get few ideas from others about this topic.
