Sayamindu's mail is fairly correct. We'll be aiming to start the program at around 4 P.M. but the S in IST does sometimes refer to "stretchable". :) The location is West Bengal University of Technology BF 142 Salt Lake Kolkata 700 064 (Besides Salt Lake Swimming pool, near Corporation Bank) on 6th November
