*Computer Science & Engg, IT syllabus* would be complete if it is a participatory discussion involving the various personalities involved in the Syllabus Committee.
One intent of such a discussion would be to create a policy document which would be made available. If proper care is exercised, such a document could also turn out to be replicable across states.
