Dear Soumyadip, I am checking it regularly but was busy with some other work. Anyway I had a talk with JPM. We can have our meeting this month at his place (i.e. DPS office at New Alipore). There is no dirth of computers but I do not know whether projector can be arranged or not. Will ask JPM about that. In the mean time u can arrange about the speakers etc. Probably we can have it in the last week.
