Since I have a working experience in RF and Microwave ...maybe I can help Sayamindu fine tuning it. It is quite simple in fact (as the frequency is high ~ 2.45 Ghz). Only thing required is the input matching to get a good return loss (VSWR) and pattern should be checked to be broadside giving a wide coverage in the azimuth. Of course if one is worried about the range then one has to take care of the gain also ....but that can be set aside for now.
