[ilug-cal] A. Mani : web content

[A. Mani]

It will help if we form a group of people for posting content to be 
included in the ilug-website. Or better still post it in any of the 
preferred formats directly to the coordinator for inclusion with minimal 
editing preferably. A change in the ilug work culture is obviously overdue.
The style files or templates are naturally important.
