Under Linux it's call EQL (or Serial Line Load
Balancing)
There's some documentation for this in the linux
kernel source tree.
Check out:
/usr/src/linux/Documentation/n�etworking/eql.txt
You'll need to enable EQL loadbalancing in your kernel
as well
The kernel option can be found at:
