Remote Desktop builds very easily on several distros (I guess they
stick to good old C). Download the sources from: www.rdesktop.org. You
can use rdesktop to connect remotely to your windows machine.

Usage:rdesktop remotemachinename

Remember to enable Remote Desktop connection in your windows machine,
from the control panel.
