Then what will be the steps for decreasing the logical volume? 
The increasing I use so far are (I create /dev/vg0/lv0): 
a) #lvextend -L +80M /dev/vg0/lv0
b)#ext2online /dev/vg0/lv0

In LVM I used : # e2fsadm -L -80M /dev/vg0/lv0 which is not present now.
