don't have any idea about its availability and preset price. but last year its 
price was Rs. 2.500/ at *superme technology* at CR avenue . and yes you can 
download mtink and obviously it is free as it is provided in debian. you can 
also use the command tool *escputil* which maintains Epson Stylus inkjet 
printers
