Hello Friends What is the way for Bash to know if the the network is on or not? I want my downloads to start at 2 AM. But, though i set my 'TIMEOUT='0'', a lot of times the network gets disconnected. When i am there before the machine i restart it with 'rcnetwork restart', at times i have to run it more than once. But, when i am not there, i want a loop to do it, till the network is up. How to supply the parameter to Bash?
