I think holding Foss.in/2006 here would be a good idea. It will be a shot in the arm for the free software movement in Kolkata and eastern India and good for the IT sector in the region as a whole.
We could certainly meet to discuss this, but the question is, what is the role of ilug-cal in this matter (other than participation in the event by ilug-cal members)?
