Lest I be misunderstood, I want to make it clear that I never proposed
forking ilug-cal, 
rather I just had a random thought of broadening its scope so that it
can encompasses
other linux users group in the state (sort of a parent body of all
lugs). 

 Anyway, in my last post I had myself pooh-poohed the plan of
ilug-bengal in favor of 
strengthening and making ilug-cal more active.
